The contractor delivers to the specified destination at its own expense and retains risk of loss until delivery; the price includes all transportation costs.
Why it matters on DIBBS
Most DIBBS awards are FOB destination — freight to the depot comes out of your quoted price. Get a shipping quote to the actual destination before you commit a unit price.
