Certificate of Conformance
What it says
Allows the government to accept supplies based on the contractor's written certification that the supplies conform to contract requirements, in lieu of source inspection, when authorized.
Why it matters on DIBBS
CoC acceptance means no government inspector visit — faster shipment and payment. But your signature carries the liability: a false certificate is fraud, not a quality escape.
