Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications Equipment
What it says
Prohibits contractors from providing — or using in performance — covered telecommunications equipment or services from designated Chinese companies (Huawei, ZTE, Hikvision, Dahua, Hytera) as a substantial component of any system.
