NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements
What it says
Requires contractors subject to NIST SP 800-171 to have a current assessment score posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) before award.
Why it matters on DIBBS
If a DIBBS solicitation requires an SPRS score and you have never posted one, you are ineligible until you complete the basic self-assessment. It takes hours, not months — do it once, keep it current.
